Polka-dot Dress

Pin It I made my daughter another little dress out of an old shirt of mine.  Here is the shirt before:

I cut the shirt up:

Added a silky black fabric for the lining and to the bottom of the dress.  I also cut off the extra tie and made arm straps and a black headband.
